Company is concerned that employees are constantly developing, which is why it dedicates resources so that they remain at the forefront. This through constant training programs, useful for development.

Exchange Program

In order to become a company in which employees can demonstrate their strengths regardless of where they come from. We carry out actions such as our "Exchange Program", where students can demonstrate their strengths while learning new skills

Through this program, employees of branches located anywhere in the world receive the opportunity to work in branches in North America and Europe. Thus, with personnel from different regions, we improve their communication and professional relations skills.

Since the launch of this exchange program in 2014 to date, we have hired 18 employees from 9 countries, having received the welcome of 14 employees from other departments in Company in the same period. To date, more than 40 employees have participated in this exchange program.

Each program participant has a stay ranging from 3 months to a year. Being designated to certain positions in their respective departments where they carry out the assigned tasks. Once this period is over, they return home where they put the acquired knowledge into practice, so that it becomes a win-win for everyone. As if this were not enough, as the English language is used within the company, the participants manage to improve their management of it in order to continue developing their skills.

Company Industry Seminars

This training week is an opportunity for representatives from our different branches around the world to train our local staff.

The lectures given by the members of various departments, fulfill the goal of Company regarding the development of our staff. Different perspectives of our staff around the world feed the vision of those who are part of our company.

The attendance of our staff at seminars of this type reinforces the sense of belonging of all of us who are part of Company. This is how we managed to transform ourselves into a company that can achieve its goals collectively.
