At ExoTrade, we believe in continuous growth and development. That’s why we invest in our employees, ensuring they stay ahead of industry trends through comprehensive training programs designed to enhance their professional skills.

Exchange Program

We strive to create an environment where employees can showcase their strengths regardless of their background. Our "Exchange Program" allows employees and students to gain valuable experience while learning new skills in a global setting.

Through this initiative, employees from our worldwide branches have the opportunity to work in North America and Europe, improving their communication, professional relationships, and industry expertise.

Since launching in 2014, the program has welcomed 18 employees from 9 countries and facilitated 14 interdepartmental exchanges within ExoTrade. To date, over 40 employees have participated in this enriching experience.

Each participant's stay ranges from 3 months to a year, during which they take on designated roles in their respective departments. Upon returning home, they apply their acquired knowledge, benefiting both themselves and the company. Additionally, as English is the primary language used at ExoTrade, participants enhance their language proficiency, further developing their skills.
